There are so many great things to say about George. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I’ll try not to make this review too long but I also want to be as helpful as possible considering purchasing a home is probably one of the biggest decisions and purchases you’ll ever make. My husband and I previously had a horrible experience with a different realtor as first time home buyers. I won’t go into detail but it was disastrous. Well when we decided to sell that home and not wanting to be in a similar situation, we knew we had to do extensive searching when choosing our next realtor. We turned to Yelp for help and after calling around, we decided to meet with George. We knew from the moment we met him, he would be our guy. He was on time and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly, honest. He made the sale of our home seem effortless. It was for us at least. We closed in less than a month after listing and we sold over asking price. Yay!!! When it came time to purchase our second home, we didn’t hesitate. We called George but this time we were buyers not sellers. As expected, he delivered! We found our new house in less than a week and he even managed to get us our house for less than asking price and to top it off we got a credit from the sellers! We were so happy and excited!! I guess that’s what happens when you have someone as experienced as him on your side. Fast forward a year and a half and we needed to sell once more to re-locate for work. We called George up once again. Hahaa We weren’t even sure if we were going to sell but after a lengthy conversation with him we knew it would be in our best interest to do so. During that conversation, he worked on a mockup net sheet estimating our gains. Me and my husband almost couldn’t believe George’s projected numbers but we put all of our trust in him and jumped at the opportunity and listed our home. When we closed, we walked away with exact amount George estimated for us!! I strongly believe we sold at the price we did because of all his efforts and hard work to make it happen. One example of that, he drove 45 minutes to our house and waited two hours (appraiser was behind schedule) while also tending to other clients, just to introduce himself to the appraiser and hand over a list of comps he compiled himself. That interaction took all but 2 minutes. I’m leaving out so much detail but the main reason I continue to call on George and will do so in the future is because it doesn’t matter how busy he is, as his client, he makes you his priority! He’s available anytime you need him, day or night and he’s so quick to respond whether through text, email, and phone call.

George is easy to work with. He got me my first house during this crazy time. We submitted countless offer that was way above market value but nothing work. George is patient with his client and willing to work with all kind of condition. He wants to build long-term networking instead of other agent that just want to close out on deal. Being first time home buyers is no easy task, but doing it during a competitive pandemic market felt nearly impossible. Another transaction in the books! I first met George while purchasing my property and recently with the guidance of George, I was able to sell my property. George is absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, and responsive. He will work hard for you as he has done for me.
