Born and raised in Southern California, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the real estate industry. As a proud father of three boys—Adrian (12), Christian (20), and Ryan (22)—and happily married to my wife, Lizette, for 28 years, I value family and community.

I studied Psychology/ Business Administration with an emphasis on Management from the University of La Verne and California State University, Los Angeles. With over a decade of management experience, I have successfully overseen multimillion-dollar accounts and managed teams of more than 300 employees. This background ignited my passion for entrepreneurship, leading me to invest in real estate in 2004 and to establish a startup business in 2006, alongside the acquisition of an existing business.

With over 16 years of experience in the real estate sector, I am deeply passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties. My extensive management experience has equipped me with the skills to handle challenging situations, adapt to various personalities, and optimize time management. I believe that effective communication is paramount in our industry, and I am fortunate to be bilingual, fluently speaking and writing in Spanish.

I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, and investors, always striving to create win-win scenarios that ensure everyone leaves the closing table satisfied. I understand that the real estate process can be stressful and confusing, and my goal is to guide my clients through each step, making the experience as seamless as possible.
